Welcome to a sleep meditation guided by Hope-Filled Homemaker. In this guided sleep meditation, we will meditate on scripture and allow the Word of God to bring us comfort and peace before we go to sleep.
Guided Sleep Meditation
The sun has set, and the moon is shining brightly. We are blessed to have made it to the end of another day. As we prepare to go to sleep, let us calm our minds. Take a moment to get into a comfortable position if youāre not already. Gently close your eyes. Begin to clear your mind and relax your body. Slowly breathe in and breathe out, releasing your failures, fears, and anxieties from today. As I begin to read through scriptures, allow the Word of God to bring you comfort and peace tonight.
When you lie down, you will not be afraid, when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24 (NIV)
for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV)
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. Psalm 56:3 (ESV)
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. John 14:27 (ESV)
You keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you
Isaiah 26:3
Let us cling to the peace that Jesus gives us. Goodnight everyone, sleep well.
