Welcome to a guided meditation for anxiety and fear with Hope-Filled Homemaker. Anxiety is very common. With so many things that are out of our control going on in the world and in our personal lives, we can easily get overwhelmed. We try to occupy our minds by keeping ourselves busy, but that only helps for a short time. The anxiety always comes back, and it can be difficult to face our anxious thoughts. The good news is we do not have to confront them alone.
do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
