Are you struggling with how to ease the mind? If you answered yes, you are not alone. I wrestle with this too, and hopefully, I can help you.
Welcome to a guided meditation on Easing The Mind-A New Season.
The weather is getting cooler. The leaves are changing colors. The sweet, comforting flavor of pumpkin spice is back. We have transitioned into a new season. New seasons are good times to take a step back and reflect.
Reflection
How are we entering this fall season?
Are our minds at ease?
Never Alone
Many of us are excited to adorn our homes in warm fall decor, for cozy brisk nights, and for the festivities of the upcoming holiday season. Others are fearful for the future, grieving, and or feeling shame because of sin. No matter where we find ourselves, with each season comes challenges. The good thing is we are never alone. God is with us. He is there in the good and carrying us through the darkest valley.
isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand
Get Cozy
Let us find some time throughout the day to breathe, get cozy, and grab our Bibles.
As we pray and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us through the scriptures, I pray the word of God with ease our minds. Let us enter this season humbly, trusting God and confident because He has already gone before us.
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.ā
deuteronomy 31:8
Cling To Hope
God loves us. He proved His love for us by sending Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. There is no greater love. Let us cling to the hope that we have in Jesus. Let us fight for the peace that God gives us in Christ. I pray this meditation will help ease our minds this fall season.
